Ingredients:
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
- halves
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1/4 onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Directions:
- Add your chicken to a crock pot and then pour in: garlic, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and
onions. - Let this cook in the slow cooker for 8 hrs. with a low level of heat.
- Let the contents cool for about 10 mins uncovered and then add in your preferred amount
of pepper and salt. - Enjoy with cooked Jasmin rice.
