Easy GERMAN PUDDING TART

This German style pudding tart is trending online recently and we decided to try baking it. This is really an easy recipe that you can make at home. You will get to taste 1) the molten chocolate lava, 2) crispy tart crust and 3) lusciously smooth pudding. Love this flavourful and tasty German pudding tart!

Things to note:
1. The chocolate mixture is meant to be flowy. You can also use chocolate sauce if you prefer something thicker.

Here’s the ingredients:

Mould: 6 pudding paper cups

Pastry:
45g unsalted butter (at room temperature)
50g icing sugar
38g egg
145g cake flour

Pudding Liquid:
150g whipping cream
2 egg yolks
25g icing sugar

Finishing:
50g chocolate
50g whipping cream
2g cocoa powder
