German CHERRY PIE | Cherry crumb cake

Hey, in this video I will show you how you can make a pie with cherries and créme fraîche from scratch. It’s a very simple and quick recipe.

Ingrediens for a 26cm (10 in) springform pan:
crust and crumbs:
300g flour
2 tsp baking powder
120g sugar
10g vanilla sugar or some vanilla extract
120g butter
2 eggs
a pinch of salt

cream filling:
200g créme fraîche
150g yoghurt
70g sugar
10g vanilla sugar or some vanilla extract
40g cornstarch
2 eggs
2 tblsp lemon juice

cherry filling:
a glass of cherries
40g cornstarch
some cinnamon
