Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (12- to 14-oz.) pkg. shredded
cabbage or ¼ head each red and
green cabbage, shredded (6 cups)
3 green onions, thinly sliced
⅓ cup toasted almonds, chopped
⅓ cup sunflower seeds
⅓ cup raisins

Directions

Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a large bowl until sugar dissolves. Add cabbage, green onions, almonds, sunflower seeds, and raisins; toss to coat. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour and up to 2 days.
