Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz.) package egg noodles
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium head green cabbage, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pan of lightly salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles for about 5 minutes.
- Drain them well and keep everything aside.
- Meanwhile in a large skillet, melt the butter and cook the cabbage, salt and black pepper,
covered for about 5-7 minutes. - Stir in the cooked noodles and cook for about 5 minutes.
