Ingredients:
- 8 oz. wide egg noodles
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 oz. baby spinach leaves
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pan of lightly salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles for about 8 minutes,
stirring occasionally. - Drain them well and keep everything aside.
- Meanwhile in a large skillet, melt the butter and on medium-high heat, sauté the onion
and garlic for about 8 minutes. - Add the spinach, salt and black pepper and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Remove everything from the heat and immediately, stir in the noodles.
- Serve immediately.
