Ingredients:
- 4 C. egg noodles
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 3 C. grated kohlrabi
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pan of lightly salted boiling water, cook the egg noodles for about 5 minutes.
- Drain them well and keep everything aside.
- Meanwhile in a large skillet, melt the butter and on medium heat and cook the kohlrabi,
salt and pepper for about 7-10 minutes. - Stir in the cooked noodles and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
