Ingredients:
- 2 C. Durum wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- water as needed
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the eggs and the required amount of the water and mix till a dough forms.
- With your hands, knead the dough till sticky.
- Shape the dough into a ball and then cut it into quarters.
- Place about 1/4 of the dough onto a floured surface and cut everything into 1/8-inch of
thickness, then roll the dough from one end to the other. - Repeat with the remaining dough.
- Cut each roll into 3/8-inch strips. (About 4-5-inch long)
- Keep aside the noodles to dry for about 1-3 hours.
- Cook these noodles in the boiling water till desired doneness.
