How to make Maultaschen

Maultaschen or Swabian Filled Pasta (Ravioli) are made with a pasta dough and filled either with a spinach or a meat filling. They are enjoyed with some soup or fried in butter and you can also freeze them very well. It’s a simple and cheap meal that fills the stomach and tastes in summer as good as on a cold winter day.
