Ingredients:
-250g sugar
-250g butter
-5 eggs
-250g flour
-1 pack of vanilla sugar or two teaspoons of vanilla extract
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-1 Liter Milk
-4 tablespoons of custard powder
-500g sour cream or quark
-2 tins of apricots or peaches and the juice of both of the tins
– 2 packs of tortenguss (glaze)
preheat the oven to 160 degrees ~
Order of the cake:
-first make the cake batter then bake the cake
-then comes making the custard after that it comes in the oven for 10-15 mins till slightly golden brown around the edges
-then comes making the glaze and gets poured on top of the custard and then put in the fridge overnight,it tastes best when it’s cold 😉
