Put the seaweed in cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Chop the carrot and cucumber in the thickness of a matchstick.
Finely chop the coriander, onion, spring onion and red pepper.
Drain the seaweed and rinse it, then take it into the salad bowl.
