How to make a raw cauliflower salad?
Wash the cauliflowers and separate them from the stems.
Soak in vinegar water for 15-20 minutes.
Then wash it well with plenty of water and put it in a deep bowl.
Grate the carrot.
Finely chop the red pepper.
Then add the corn, carrot and pepper to the cauliflower.
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and salt in a different bowl and add it on your salad.
If you wish, you can serve it by decorating it with parsley and chili pepper.
