Marshmallow with Peanut butter and dark chocolate

2 Large egg whites
150 g boiling water
30 g powdered gelantine
500 g caster sugar
4 tsp golden syrup
200 ml cold water
130 g peanut butter
cornflour and icing
sugar for dusting

Decoration:

200 g dark chocolate
large handful chopped salted peanuts
