Ingredients

  • 1 pack of baklava yufka
  • 1 pack of water and pastry dough
  • Toasted Cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • String cheese
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • Liquid oil

How to make Adana pastry recipe?

Take the melted butter and 2 tablespoons of oil into a deep bowl.

Grease the base of the tray where you will cook the pastry.

Place 10 of the baklava doughs on a tray on top of each other by greasing them well.

Bring the pastry dough into boiling water and remove it and place it on the baklava pastry.

Lubricate the dough and cover it with toasted cheese and other cheeses.

Repeat this process until your water pastries and cheese are finished. The top layer will be dough.

Then place the remaining baklava pastry on the pastry by greasing them again.

Press it with your hand so that the pastry fuses and becomes flat.
