Ingredients

  • 500 grams of fresh shredded wheat
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 glasses of milk

  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to make kadayıf pastry recipe?

Put half of the fresh shredded wheat in wire form. So prepare the base.

Spread the curd cheese and grated cheddar cheese on it.

Add the green pepper and tomato.

Then, cover it with the remaining fresh kadayif by pressing it with your hand.
