Spring roll recipe How is it made?
Roll out your dough on a flat surface.
Divide each piece into two, then three.
Start roasting the onions that you have cut into small pieces with butter.
Add the minced meat on it and continue roasting.
Then add the carrots, leeks and red pepper and sauté.
Add soy sauce, salt and pepper and remove from heat.
After your filling has cooled, distribute it to the dough and wrap it.
Fry the wrapped pastries first in breadcrumbs and then in eggs.
