Ingredients

  • 1 pack of baklava yufka
  • 1 glass of yoghurt
  • Half a glass of milk
  • Half tea glass of oil
  • 2 egg whites (to be spread on the yolk)
  • feta cheese
  • Half a bunch of parsley

Baklava pastry recipe how to make?

For the filling, finely chop the parsley, crumble the cheese. Mix and set aside.

To grease the doughs; Mix the oil, milk and yogurt in a bowl.

Spread a piece of baklava filo pastry on the counter and apply the sauce you have prepared with a brush.

Apply this process until the doughs are 5 layers. (You can decrease or increase the number according to the thickness you want)

Put your filling on the edge of the dough and wrap it in a roll.

Divide the wrapped rolls into pieces and place them in the tray where you put greaseproof paper.

Apply the same procedure to the remaining dough and place it on the tray.

Apply the remaining sauce on the pastries with the help of a brush.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
