Fettucine alfredo recipe How is it made?
Boil the pasta as indicated on the packaging.
Finely chop the garlic and saute it in olive oil.
Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté.
When the mushrooms let the water out, add the chicken cut into cubes or julien.
When the chickens are cooked, add the cream, boil for 3 minutes and cover the bottom.
Add the parmesan and spices and mix the sauce well.
