- 1 pack of pasta

- Cheddar cheese
For the minced meat mixture:
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- Black pepper

- Oil
- Thyme
- Cumin
- Salt
For the bechamel sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Milk
- Liquid oil
- 1 pack of pasta

How to make pasta with minced meat in the oven?
Start by boiling your pasta a little fresh.
Meanwhile, finely chop your onions into a saucepan.
Add the oil to the chopped onions.
Saute the onions in oil until they turn pink.
Then add the minced meat next to the onions and fry until the water is absorbed.
Clean and finely chop the carrot and tomato.
Then add the chopped carrots, tomatoes and spices to the pot.
When your pot begins to boil, turn off the heat.
Separate a glass of boiled water of the pasta to use in bechamel sauce.
To prepare the bechamel sauce, start roasting the flour in a pan.
Add the milk and the boiled water of the pasta. Continue adding milk until the mixture in the pot is thick.
When the milk mixture begins to boil, turn off the heat.
Transfer the pasta, minced meat and bechamel sauce into the ovenware and mix well.
Grate the cheddar cheese on the baking dish.
Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees until it is browned.
