For the dough:

  • 300 grams of butter

  • 5 eggs

  • 1 onion
  • 150 grams of ground beef
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

For the Cheese Mortar:

  • 1 glass of curd cheese

How to make Vetrika recipe?

First of all, start by preparing the mortar with minced meat. Heat oil in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry it until it drains the water. Then add the finely chopped onions and continue frying. Finally, season it with salt and black pepper and remove your mortar with minced meat. To prepare the dough, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour over the melted butter and fry for about 4 minutes. Add the water little by little to the roasted flour and let it feed. When your dough is recovered, remove it from the heat. Then add the eggs one by one and feed them into the dough well. Cut tangerine-sized pieces from your dough and roll them up and place them on a tray. Roll out small circles by dipping the round dough in the tray with your finger. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. After removing it from the oven, fill some of the round dough with minced meat mortar and some with the curd cheese. Enjoy your meal.
