Ingredients

  • 400 grams of boneless beef
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 3 onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 glass of rice
  • 1.5 cups of broth
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 spoonful butter

How is Kabune rice recipe made?

Boil the meat together with 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic until soft.

When the meat is soft, poke it with a fork.

Set aside the meat juice for later use.

Chop the onions in parsley and rub well with black pepper.

Place the onions in the bottom of the pot.

Add the chickpeas that you have boiled before and the rice you have soaked before.

Finally, pour 1.5 cups of boiling water on the rice.

Add salt and start cooking at high setting.

When the water starts to boil, add the butter and reduce the heat.

When the rice drains away, turn off the stove and leave your rice to rest for 15 minutes.
