Ingredients

  • 400 grams of Arborio Rice
  • 200 grams of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tea glass of parmesan cheese
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

How to make risotto with mushrooms?

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the mushrooms.

Add salt and pepper, sauté and cook for about 5-6 minutes.

Boil 4 cups of water in another pot and let it stand.

On the other hand, chop the onions in cubes and fry them in olive oil until they are soft.

Add the rice and continue roasting on low heat.

Take 1 scoop of boiled water on it and add it to the rice and fry it by mixing.

Continue adding the boiled water little by little.

Add the sliced mushrooms and mix.

After adding 2 spoons of butter and parmesan cheese, cook for 4-5 more minutes on low heat.

Serve hot.
