Ingredients

  • 500 grams of salmon fillet
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 hot red peppers

  • Half a teaspoon of salt

Slice the salmon fillet completely separated from the skin and bones into thin and small pieces.
