Ingredients

  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 thin slices of ginger
  • 1 pinch of fresh thyme
  • 5 small radishes
  • 6 pieces of asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • A pinch of salt

For the sauce:

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of thyme
  • A pinch of salt

To make sea bass sitting, first heat the olive oil and butter in a pan.

Add the chopped onions and garlic to the oil and fry.

Cut the ginger into 3 thin slices and add it to the pan for aroma and continue frying.

Add coarsely chopped potatoes and carrots to the pan and sprinkle with fresh thyme and salt.

After the ingredients are roasted, remove the pan from the stove.

Spread greaseproof paper on a baking tray and place the washed asparagus.

Add the roasted ingredients.

Wash the filleted sea bass thoroughly and place among the asparagus on the tray.

Finally, place the radishes on it and start the sauce.

Prepare the sauce mixture by squeezing the juice of a lemon and adding Dijon mustard, black pepper, salt and thyme.

Pour the sauce over the fish in the tray.

Bake the sea bass in a preheated 180 degree oven for about half an hour and serve hot.
