Ingredients
- 125 grams of elbow pasta

How to make Mac and cheese balls recipe?
First, boil the pasta and drain it.
Roast the flour and butter in a saucepan.
Add milk on it.
Add black pepper, salt and a small amount of grated nutmeg and mix.
When it gets a thick consistency, take it from the stove and add 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese.
Add the previously boiled pasta to this mixture.
Mix well and spread on a baking sheet and allow to cool in the fridge.
Put all the ingredients needed for the batter in a bowl.
Take pieces from the cooled mac & cheese and roll them with a spoon.
Then, sprinkle flour, egg and pancakes, respectively. Do this process twice.
Serve after frying in oil.
