  • 2 bream
  • 12-15 bay leaves
  • 1 large red onion
  • A pinch of fresh thyme
  • A pinch of fresh rosemary
  • A pinch of fresh parsley
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

How to make sea bream recipe on paper?

After washing the sea bream thoroughly, drain the water.

Salt all sides of the fish first and then spread it over the fish so that the black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil are fed thoroughly. Leave it like this for 15 minutes.

Spread greaseproof paper on the baking dish and place the onion rings.

Place rosemary, fresh thyme, a clove of whole garlic and 4-5 bay leaves into the fish and place them on the onions.

Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper, put lemon slices cut into rings and sprinkle with chopped parsley and the remaining bay leaves.

Cover the greaseproof paper to cover the fish and squeeze the edges.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
